Wear tight socks for a proper fit.

Each foot is different. Make sure the tab is on the outside.

1. Center the Logo/ bump over the "knuckles" of your toes. The longer part of the strap should to the outside of your foot.

2. Criss-cross under your arch, pulling both sides at the same time.

3. Fasten at the outside of the heel, and adjust the straps until your foot feels loved and hugged. 

Run better.
